Portal Login Slowness

On September 5, 2019, from 19:35 UTC to 20:30 UTC, we identified login delays with the portal. Customers attempting to use the portal during this time may have experienced delays when logging in or loading the the CWP dashboard. We have resolved the portal login slowness and have fully restored the service.

Please note that no other Symantec Cloud Workload Protection functionality is affected, and workloads remain protected.
